Privacy policy
ArtsyMillis Pinterest Publisher is a private integration operated by ArtsyMillis for its own Etsy shop and Pinterest Business account.
Data processed
The integration processes ArtsyMillis Etsy listing identifiers, titles, descriptions, prices, inventory state, tags, materials, product URLs, timestamps, and product images. It processes Pinterest account, board, Pin, and API-response information required to publish, verify, reconcile, and measure owner-created content. OAuth access and refresh tokens are processed as authentication secrets.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to operate and secure ArtsyMillis's own product-marketing workflow, maintain accurate destination links, prevent duplicate publication, and evaluate aggregate performance. The integration is not offered to the public and does not process unrelated sellers' private shop data.
Storage and sharing
Runtime data and credentials are stored on owner-controlled systems with restricted access. Product content is sent only to Etsy and Pinterest as necessary for the integration. Data is not sold. Service providers used for hosting, networking, or backups receive only the information required to provide those services.
Retention and security
Authentication secrets are retained only while the integration is authorized. Operational records and backups are retained according to documented recovery needs and removed when no longer required. The system redacts secrets from logs, uses least-privilege scopes, and can suspend all writes independently of read-only health checks.
Choices and contact
The owner may revoke Etsy or Pinterest authorization through the respective platform and may request access, correction, or deletion of data controlled by ArtsyMillis. Contact privacy@artsymillis.com.
